Reuben Rosenblatt, LLD, KC, LSM, and Steven Pearlstein (Commercial Real Estate) and Melodie Eng (Commercial Leasing) spoke at The Six-Minute Real Estate Lawyer 2022 hosted by the Law Society of Ontario on November 17, 2022.

Steven Pearlstein presented "Prohibition on the Purchase of Residential Property by Non-Canadians Act;" Melodie Eng spoke on "Restrictive Covenants in Leasing;" and Reuben Rosenblatt, LLD, KC, LSM, shared "It’s about Time; It’s about Good Faith."  

The Six-Minute Real Estate Lawyer is an annual program that offers timely real estate updates to provide lawyers with all the information necessary to improve their practice.
