Jamie maintains a broad commercial litigation practice and has represented clients before Ontario courts and at various tribunals.

Jamie draws from his litigation and international corporate law experiences when assessing risk and crafting litigation strategies. He approaches disputes with an appreciation for his clients’ business, allowing him to advocate with their immediate and long-term objectives in mind. This approach has led to Jamie’s success at hearings and negotiations involving procedural issues, commercial matters, and product liability claims.
