Congratulations to Neighbourly Pharmacy Inc. (TSX: NBLY) on its acquisition of Rubicon Pharmacies, a network of 100 retail pharmacies, for total cash consideration of C$435 million, subject to customary post-closing adjustments.

Neighbourly Pharmacy Inc. is Canada’s largest and fastest-growing network of community pharmacies. The acquisition was completed on June 27, 2022.
