Big Deal - High FivesImmutable Holdings Inc. (NEO: HOLD), a blockchain holding company, closed an oversubscribed $15 million private placement of units. The brokered portion of the private placement was led by Stifel GMP, with a syndicate that included Canaccord Genuity Corp., Eight Capital, Gravitas Securities Inc., Paradigm Capital Inc., and Beacon Securities Limited.
