The Lawyer's Daily announced two Business Law lawyers who have recently joined our firm, Eli Hoffman and Colin Loney.

Eli Hoffman has joined the firm as an Associate in our Business Law Group. His work focuses on corporate and commercial law with a particular interest in mergers, acquisitions, legal strategy, and general corporate management for owner-operated businesses.
