Killi Ltd. (TSXV: MYID) is pleased to announce the closing of its oversubscribed private placement (the “Offering”) for aggregate gross proceeds of $4,585,632. In connection with the Offering, the Company issued common shares in the capital of the Company and common share purchase warrants.
