Wayside Technology Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: WSTG) completed its acquisition of Interwork Technologies Inc. from FirePower Equity Inc. Interwork will be integrated into Wayside’s Lifeboat Distribution business. FirePower Equity originally acquired Interwork in 2018. FirePower Equity Inc., a division of FirePower Capital, is a Toronto-based private equity firm focused on the mid-market space.
