Steven Pearlstein’s expert opinion confirmed in Ontario Superior Court of Justice decision

In the decision, the court accepted Mr. Pearlstein’s expert opinion over that of a second expert on the standard of care for real estate lawyers. The case involved a dispute ​in the failed sale of a property between the seller and the buyer and also the buyer and their own lawyer.

Mr. Pearlstein is a Certified Specialist in Real Estate with a focus on commercial real estate, banking, and insolvency law.
