First Gulf completed the sale of the East Harbour Project to Cadillac Fairview on September 25, 2019. Toronto’s East Harbour project is a 38-acre site that will offer 10 million sq. ft. of commercial development, including office, hotel, retail, entertainment, and cultural space, with the goal to create a vibrant destination and new eastern commercial core a few kilometers from downtown. The growth potential for the site is supported by a planned multi-modal transit hub that will incorporate GO Train/SmartTrack services, TTC light rail transit, and the future Ontario Line subway.
