Members of the Minden Gross Tax group participated in a webinar on the topic of "2017 Tax Update: Proposed Changes to Tax Planning and the Use of Private Corporations". The webinar took place on September 20, 2017 and was presented by Wolters Kluwer Ltd. During this webinar, the tax group provided a summary of the proposed changes to tax planning involving the use of private corporations, and how clients might be affected by these proposed changes.
