On December 21, 2016, AcuityAds Holdings Inc. (TSXV: AT), a technology leader that provides targeted digital media solutions enabling advertisers to connect intelligently with audiences across video, mobile, social and online display, closed a $4,607,820 bought deal private placement (the “Offering”). The Offering was led by a syndicate of underwriters including Gravitas Securities Inc., Haywood Securities Inc., and Paradigm Capital Inc.
