Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani was the guest speaker at a sellout charity dinner at the home of former Senator Jerry Grafstein to aid children's health care facilities at North York General Hospital in Toronto and the Canadian Shaare Zedek Hospital in Jerusalem.  Mr. Grafstein, who led almost 30,000 Canadians in a volunteer effort to visit New York City after 9/11, presented Mayor Giuliani with the first copy of "Suicide Bombing - Parliament Speaks".  This book is a complete record of former Senator Grafstein's Private member's Bill which amended Canada's Criminal Code to add the words "suicide bombing" to the definition of "terrorism". Mr. Grafstein said his seven year effort in Parliament was inspired by the events of 9/11 in New York City eleven years ago.
