Reshma is a Partner in our Employment and Labour Group. She has expertise in all aspects of employment and human rights law and has represented clients in various levels of court. Reshma advises both employers and employees on a variety of matters including statutory and common law obligations, human rights issues, employment contracts, termination processes, and human resources policies and procedures.
Reshma understands that employment and human rights law requires sensitivity and caution when developing compliance and dispute resolution strategies. She expertly navigates her clients through contract negotiation, termination conduct, wrongful dismissal matters, employment standards compliance, workplace investigations, occupational health and safety issues, and litigation, if required.
Reshma is also with our Wills and Estates Group focusing on Estate Litigation. She advises attorneys, executors and beneficiaries on a diverse range of inquiries. Reshma has valuable experience in estate-and trust-related matters including probate, passing of accounts and guardianship applications, dependant relief claims, will challenges, capacity issues, and attorneyship disputes in Ontario.
