Lauren is an Associate in our Business Law Group. In addition to advising clients on general corporate matters, she guides businesses through a wide range of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions and other corporate reorganizations.

To balance her life in law, Lauren is both a creator and admirer of fine art – creating her own pieces using ink-based media. Lauren also loves to hit the court to play tennis whenever she can squeeze in a few games.
