Minden Gross LLP hosted a seminar on "Please Re-Lease Me: Hot Topics in Commercial Leasing" on November 27, 2019. Steven Birken, Timothy Dunn, Melodie Eng, Catherine Francis, Michael Horowitz, Christina Kobi, Melissa Muskat, Leonidas Mylonopoulos, Stephen Posen, Benjamin Radcliffe, and Boris Zayachkowski presented at the seminar. They also had an external speaker, Maurice Audet, come in and contribute towards the seminar on the topic of insurance. They discussed current developments in commercial leasing for landlords and tenants.
