Yosef is an associate in the Business Law Group and his practice focuses on corporate and securities law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. He assists and advises businesses with issues that arise throughout various stages of its growth process, including corporate organization, shareholder disputes, financings, mergers and acquisitions, and contract law matters.
He has acted as counsel both on the purchaser and vendor side of national and international corporate merger and acquisition transactions of varying size. Yosef has particular experience advising and acting for private equity firms throughout North America and large corporations in acquisition transactions. He has experience drafting and negotiating terms of agreements and deal structure, succession planning, franchise agreements and helping potential target companies organize and market themselves for acquisition.
Yosef also advises entrepreneurs and purchasers of start ups and established businesses in a range of industries, clients come to Yosef due to his ability to develop and weigh numerous options and provide guidance required to complete the deal or the transaction at hand. An analytical thinker, his MBA enables him to understand the business side of the deals he works on which gives clients confidence that the guidance he is providing is unique and tailored to their situations.
