Samantha is an Associate in the Litigation Group with a practice focusing on corporate and commercial litigation as well as bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings.
Since joining Minden Gross LLP, Samantha has been involved in a range of litigation matters, including debtor/creditor disputes, tort claims, contract disputes, shareholder oppression applications, and fraud investigations.
