Patti is responsible for Minden Gross LLP’s recruiting, development, and retention of legal professionals.
Patti brings over 15 years of experience to the role. She is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School and practiced briefly as a lawyer with the financial services group in the Toronto office of an international law firm. In 2002, she altered course and transitioned into law student recruitment and development, eventually moving to a role focusing on associate and law clerk recruitment and development.
Patti has also completed Mental Health First Aid training and is passionate about instilling effective work/life balance to aid in her colleagues’ health and wellness.
When not at the office, Patti enjoys spending time at the rink, both watching her two sons play hockey and playing herself. She previously coached with the Oakville Soccer Club but once her youngest son turned 6, she switched to being an Assistant Coach on his Oakville Rangers hockey team where she hopes to have at least a couple more years before he outpaces her skills.
