Andrew is a Partner in the Labour and Employment Group. He practices management-side labour and employment law where his expertise covers a broad range of administrative tribunal proceedings and, in particular, he frequently represents employers before the Labour Relations Board and the Human Rights Tribunal.
Andrew represents employers in collective bargaining negotiations and grievance settlements. He regularly advocates on behalf of his clients in rights and interest arbitration proceedings. Andrew often advises management on workplace law issues related to the restructuring, sale and/or purchase of businesses in both the public and private sectors. He is counsel to hospitals, nursing homes, construction companies, manufacturers, schools, and businesses of all sizes with diverse employment arrangements.
