The Award recognizes Steven’s exceptional leadership and contributions to the practice of real estate law in Ontario. Steven received the award on Monday, June 17 at a reception hosted by the OBA. 

As a Certified Specialist in Real Estate Law, Steven has advised clients for more than 30 years, representing some of the largest real estate development companies and financial institutions in all areas of commercial real estate. “I find his advice invaluable, always well thought-out (and frequently brilliant), and always freely given with generosity of spirit,” wrote Jeffrey Lem, Director of Titles for the Province of Ontario, in his recommendation letter.
