Minden Gross LLP was recognized by Progress Place, a recovery centre for people living with mental illness, for its leadership as an Employment Partner at their Taking Care of Business Breakfast on March 1, 2018. As part of the breakfast, Progress Place featured Minden Gross LLP and the Transitional Employment Program in a short video.
Progress Place is a recovery centre where members and staff work side by side to create an environment conducive to the health and wellness of people living with mental illness. This model helps individuals find their own unique path to recovery, and work through that path at their own pace.
The Transitional Employment Program at Progress Place collaborates with partners in the business community to give people living with mental illness the chance to work in the competitive job market, receive the support they need to stay on the job, get paid a competitive wage, and ultimately improve their self-confidence. Minden Gross LLP is proud to support Progress Place and has been a part of the Transitional Employment Program for several years.
