Raymond Slattery quoted in Law Times

Litigation lawyer Raymond Slattery was quoted in "Provincially created trusts deemed valid," which appeared in the January 21, 2019, edition of Law Times. The article discusses a recent Court of Appeal of Ontario decision that determined that a statutory trust under the province’s Construction Lien Act is a valid trust that can survive bankruptcy. At the time of publication, the decision could still be appealed.
