We have an immediate opening for a Technical Support & Training Specialist with a minimum 4 years’ experience combined in a helpdesk or training capacity. As a Technical Support & Training Specialist, you will be responsible for the delivery of frontline technical support to hardware and software users within the firm, via the HelpDesk. ​You will provide help related to user support services including receiving, and resolving IT problems, as well as development and delivery of in-house end-user training programs.
