Minden Gross LLP put forward a valiant team for the 2018 RBC Race for the Kids. The team raised over $2,000 in support of the Family Navigation Project at Sunnybrook and each ran 7 kms at Mel Lastman Square on September 15, 2018. 

The Family Navigation Project at Sunnybrook is a non-profit program designed to provide expert navigation of the mental health and addictions service system for youth aged 13-26 and their families, who ​live in the Greater Toronto Area.

As many as 1.2 million young people in Canada are struggling with a mental health issue, but only one in five will get the specialized treatment they need. Any delay in care can have serious implications. Many of these young people and their families simply don’t know where to turn to find the right services and care.
