Minden Gross LLP, led by Brian Temins and with assistance from Jessica Thrower, acted on behalf of Lynx Equity Limited, on its acquisition of Flooring Solutions Inc., the largest commercial, non-union flooring contractor in the San Francisco Bay Area. Lynx Equity Limited is a diversified private equity firm that focuses on acquiring small and medium-sized businesses.
