Assure Holdings Corp. Completes Reverse Take-Over and Commences Trading on the TSX Venture Exchange

Assure Holdings Corp. (“Assure”) completed its reverse take-over of Montreux Capital Corp. and commenced listing on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol “IOM”. Assure is a Colorado based company that works with neurosurgeons and orthopedic spine surgeons to provide a turnkey suite of services that support intraoperative neuromonitoring activities during invasive surgeries.
